Blazer notch collar with double breast 3 button closure. Raglan sleeves. Back has bottom vent. Side welt pockets. Lined in black acetate. Fabric is beautiful!! In great vintage condition. There has been a small repair at inside back vent. See pictures. Freshly cleaned. Fits a size S or M depending on desired fit and what you wear under.
