Victorian White Cotton Petticoat with Embroidery. All handmade. Seam only at back. Snap closure but could of been added. Not sure if maybe older...In good vintage condition. Has a tiny hole and a couple of pulls. But not visible when worn. See last pictures. Waist 24.5" Length at centre back: 35". Freshly hand washed.
